Please ensure that all products remain in their original condition with tags intact to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and invoice copies are included to avoid processing delays.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your registered address.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
